Bahamas Government Constructing 200 New Affordable Homes

The Bahamas government is investing $20 million in a new housing development called Renaissance at Carmichael, providing affordable housing for Bahamians, and reducing the costs for first-time homeowners with a rent-to-own program and VAT refunds on construction materials and services.
