10 Teens Charged in D.C. and Maryland Carjacking Rings

Ten teens, ages 18 and 19, have been charged in two separate indictments with conspiracy to commit armed carjackings in Washington, D.C., and parts of Maryland, and one of the defendants is accused of shooting a rideshare driver multiple times.
