LEON: Philly’s Black Voters Can Once Again Decide Who the Next President Is

Black voters in Philadelphia are expected to show up at the ballot box in the same numbers as they did in 2008 for Barack Obama and 2020 for Joe Biden, in hopes of keeping the White House and electing the country’s first female president and only second Black head of state.
