Wes Moore delivered his second State of the State Address, outlining his administrative priorities and highlighting the greatest accomplishments of his first year of governance, while Speaker Adrienne Jones proposed changes to the juvenile justice system and Prince George’s County leaders are pursuing a way to stretch existing education funding.
