Marilyn Mosby Sentenced to Home Detention in Mortgage Fraud Case, Avoids Prison Time

Former Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby was sentenced to 12 months of home detention and two years of supervised release after being convicted of mortgage fraud and perjury, despite her supporters arguing that she should not be prosecuted.
