Owner of Turning Natural Pleads Guilty to D.C. Tax Evasion, Pays $452K in Restitution

D.C. Attorney General Brian L. Schwalb announced that Jerri Evans, owner of the Turning Natural juice bar chain, pleaded guilty to one criminal count of failure to pay sales tax for tax years 2017-2020, and must pay the District $452,522.07 in back taxes, penalties and interest.
