Howard University celebrated two of its alumni, gospel legends Elbernita “Twinkie” Clark and Richard Smallwood, with a tribute featuring performances by the Howard University Gospel Choir, The Levites, and other artists, and the presentation of Howard University Lifetime Achievement Awards.
