Tropical Storm Debby Causes Flooded Roads Throughout Maryland

Maryland is experiencing rising waters due to Tropical Storm Debby, causing flooding in several areas and leading to the closure of outdoor programs, the distribution of sandbags, and the implementation of new heat safety rules.
