Harry E. Johnson Sr., who led the effort to build the Martin Luther King Jr., Memorial on the National Mall, has been appointed as chairman of the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) Advisory Committee by Acting Under Secretary of Commerce Eric Morrissette.
