Judge Rejects Ervin Request to Update Ballots Before Md. Gubernatorial Primary

An Anne Arundel County Circuit Court judge ruled Monday against Democratic gubernatorial candidate Valerie Ervin’s request to reprint more than a million ballots with 10 days before early voting begins in the primary election, saying such a move would “create chaos.”
