The fourth World Culture Festival, convened by Mayor Muriel Bowser and world-renowned humanitarian Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, will bring together over 250,000 global citizens from over 100 countries for a celebration of culture, diversity, and unity on the National Mall from Sept. 29 – Oct. 1.
