The Howard Bison football team, led by head coach Larry Scott, won the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference regular season title and a trip to the Celebration Bowl by defeating Beltway rival Morgan State 14-7, proving that Scott’s philosophy of resiliency and accountability can be successful.
